President Franklin Roosevelt said: “Democracy cannot succeed unless those who express their choice are prepared to choose wisely. The real safeguard of democracy, therefore, is education.” This program is about the next steps for creating Wisocracy - A Wise Democracy with Wisdom & Wellbeing. 

Can humans evolve and grow more conscious and wiser?  The process of evolution and conscious growth is ongoing.  It requires the commitment and participation of individuals, communities, and institutions. Embodying these principles and fostering a collective commitment to growth and wisdom, humanity can strive towards becoming a more evolved and conscious species. You can join us each month to continue your wisdom journey and practice.

We need to collaborate if we are going to flourish as a whole society.  We need to help people evolve in consciousness if they are going to help society, systems, and institutions evolve to live on a sustainable planet.  Our monthly meeting is a gathering of people interested in the evolution of people, society, and our planet Earth as a whole. 

Each day, strongman, authoritarian leaders cause great chaos, conflict, and harm around the world, socially and environmentally. Psychological tests are used to determine the fitness for duty for police who carry guns and for many workers in corporations. Many international leaders have access to vast destructive powers, including nuclear weapons, yet they have no fitness for duty examination process to test their psychological and emotional stability.  See the work of the committee to crete a Fitness for Duty Exam for national politcal leaders. 

Spiral Dynamics helps us understand levels of human and social development. The Functional Democracy of Don E. Beck and Elza S. Maalouf, and MEMEnomics by Said E. Dawlabani are based on Spiral Dynamics developmental psychology and value systems that evolve over time, and within nations and systems.  We explore how Spiral Dynamics and Wisocracy can help the world evolve. 

Competitive political groups within countries and geopolitical competition for resources and power between nations lead to distrusting each other and competing against each other nationally and globally.  This leads groups and nations to arm themselves for protection against each other. We meet to clearly articulate a blueprint vision of how we can live together collaboratively on a flourishing planet that can lead to groups and nations working together. 

Wisocracy seeks to help people create wisdom and wellbeing in their lives. You can create a local Community Learning Lab to help people create belonging, wisdom, wellbeing, policies, programs, and democracy.

The World Wisdom & Wellbeing Report measures the progress of Humanity, Nature, and Peace.  We need to help humans evolve to be more conscious, collaborative, and creative to then fulfill goals for peace and nature. We can support Investment in Human, Social & Earth Wellbeing for a peaceful, green, sharing, and caring economy. 

The Paradise Earth Accord is dedicated to a vision for peace in the Middle East based on new psychology and sustainable peace.  

Our economic system produces competition, conflict, and chaos in the world. Global wars have destroyed climate safety progress and are absorbing the resources needed for the transition to a sustainable planet.

Fossil fuel production is increasing, leading an uninhabitable world. 

Our politics and economics are mad systems that create hyper-competitive, high-carbon addicts. They were not designed for our wellbeing. Here is a creative process for collaboration to redesign politics and economics to support wisdom and wellbeing on Earth.  

Earth is heading for world destruction as the United States, China, and Russia prepare for world war. The United Nations has become highly ineffective because the General Assembly, by design, cannot pass enforceable legislation, and Security Council peace proposals are continually vetoed. We need positive leaders who are humble, egoless, wise, compassionate, and collaborative, and we need a People's Goverment for Earth & Humanity.

Gangs are growing worldwide in a culture of poverty.  With poor education, lack of guidance for youth, and weak psychosocial bonding, community structures, gangs flourish. Global migration is caused by crime, corruption, war, and ecological deterioration, water shortages, famine, and unemployment. People migrate for peace, safety, and work.  The UN has been unable to find solutions.  Multinational, regional summits can help.
